This didn’t have the deepest relationship development and neither did it make me giddy or swoon， but it was still a really fun， light-hearted book that took my mind off things。 I liked the Texas setting and Jack’s family。

I’m really loving Katherine Center’s writing now。 It’s gotten so good over the years。 There is some uniqueness to this one， and some cliche， but I really love the characters。 She writes such feel-good books！

Was it enjoyable？ A little。 Was it good？ IDK I read it… that’s all I can sayIt wasn’t bad but it was ordinary。 The writing felt childish though。 Why were the sentences sooo short？！ Commas and semi-commas exist you know🤷🏻♀️ Hannah was a mess， which I guess makes her relatable， but it just felt like the whole book was her rambling

SO good it had me hooked the whole time！！ The last few ending chapters literally had my jaw dropped and I was audibly gasping。 The end was such a rollercoaster of emotions but it was such a happy ending！ The fake dating trope was spot on 5/5 stars would recommend！

I loved this book。 I read my first Katherine Center book this summer and loved the light romance while she equally attempted to approach tough topics。 So I was eager to read more of her work especially her latest。 I loved the premise of a female bodyguard。 I found this book very sweet and clever。 It is a romance so it does follow the normal structure one would expect in a romance， but this just felt done better than many romances I have read and it was light and fun。 I don’t normally give 5 star I loved this book。 I read my first Katherine Center book this summer and loved the light romance while she equally attempted to approach tough topics。 So I was eager to read more of her work especially her latest。 I loved the premise of a female bodyguard。 I found this book very sweet and clever。 It is a romance so it does follow the normal structure one would expect in a romance， but this just felt done better than many romances I have read and it was light and fun。 I don’t normally give 5 stars to book like this but I adored this book so much。 I did not want it to end。 。。。more

Heard about this one because the author came to a local bookstore。 Then saw it appear on several lists of popular reads for the year。 This is a short little romcom that hits all the tropes。 It is very PG and was the perfect easy read while sitting in the hospital waiting for my kids oxygen levels to return to normal after an asthma issue。 A light happy， totally predictable comfort read。

This book made me laugh and it just felt like one big hug。。 I love the complex of their relationship and how they just fit so well together。 The chemistry was great and for once the MFC was not an idiot when it came to people screwing her over and that was such a relief。
